For pieces that are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks of processing time for shipment.
As our jewelry is hand made-to-order, our online sales are final.
We regrettably cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
All orders for custom jewellery and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale.
Broken items can be fixed free of charge, up to 1 year after purchase, this excludes general wear and tear.
Ebonny Munro is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
In the unlikely event that the jewellery arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery and a partial refund and repair will be made after it is shipped back to us.
